Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled Giggle Package time slot for
setting up. Time Slots are arranged to include final payment and pack up within the two hours.

​

• Giggle Packages are $115 ( plus tax) for two hours, including setup and exit time.

• $50 non-refundable deposit is required are reservation, and applies to the final balance.

• The remaining balance is du by the end of the party time.

• Of course, our prices are subject to change without notice, but rarely do

• The Giggle Package includes admission for up to 12 children, lemonade, table

• reservation with cups, plates, napkins, silverware and table cloth.

• All additional children over the customary 12 will be charged $9 per child, due to additional space and servicing, and limit of 15 children ensures meeting reasonable expectations.

• Giggle Packages allow for 1 adult maximum per child. Additional adults will be charges $7 per adult. Please remember we are a children’s playground, and our cafe’ is not intended or prepared to accommodate large adult food orders for parties. We suggest a private rental for more than 10 adults for everyone's comfort.

• Personal table decorations are welcome and encouraged!

• Please refrain from bringing silly string, confetti or cotton candy.

• Set up and remaining clean up will be provided by the staff (tips are greatly appreciated!)

• General admission rules and regulations of the Giggle Factory will apply

• All participating guests must sign the Giggle factory waiver

• Sock must be worn by all guests using the play equipment.

• You may bring your own store bought cake and ice cream. We cannot guarantee room in our freezer/fridge but will try our best to accommodate. Sorry, nothing homemade.

• We are a peanut-free facility, so please, no peanuts or peanut products.

• Due to WI Health Code, no other outside food will be permitted excluding allergy accommodations, which are best arranged beforehand.

• Please be conscious of your arrival and departure times. Guests are welcome to stay beyond Giggle Package time, but we cannot guarantee the table past your allotted time.

• We usually have private rentals scheduled after open hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Please be conscious of our weekend open play closing time. Our employees then hustle to clean and prepare for the private rental beginning only a half hour later!

• Pizza ( includes 1 topping) $6

• Hot Dog tray ( 12 hot dogs) $15

• Chicken Nugget tray ( 30 nuggets) $12

• Party veggie tray $6

• Party fruit tray $8

Please make food orders prior to your party day to assist us in staff planning for your comfort and our ease of preparation. Your guests are welcome to order from our regular menus as well. Again advanced notice of larger orders, if expected, helps us greatly.

Private Parties

Private Rental Information: (our most popular, so please book with plenty of time)

• Private rentals are $275 plus tax for 2.5 hours, which includes set up and exit times.

• $50 non-refundable deposit is required at reservations, and applied to the final balance remaining balance is due by the end of the rental time.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but rarely do.

• General admission rules are regulations of the giggle factory do apply

• All participating guests must sign The Giggle factory Waiver of Liability

• Socks must be work by all guests

• You may bring all your own food! (homemade or store bought)

• We are a peanut-free facility, so please don’t bring peanuts or peanut products.

• Our kitchen/coffee bar may not be open during private rentals, unless prearranged.

• Please refrain from bringing silly string, confetti, cotton candy or alcoholic drinks.

• Please be conscious of your arrival and departure times. Rentals are asked not to exceed the allotted time so that cleaning and preparations form following parties are possible.

• The final party of the day may negotiate additional time at the rate of $30 per 15 minute period, upon the discretion of the attendant and his or her personal schedules.

• We have our bounce house castle for rental upon request. The cost is $75 and please let us know ahead of time for set up.

Drop In Birthday Party Policy

A party reservation is required to have a birthday party at The Giggle Factory. If you do not have a party reservation you are welcome to stay and play, however, the following items must be left at home or in your vehicle: *Gifts *Party Favors *Cake or Cupcakes *Decorations and any other party accessories (including paper products & table cloths).
